REPORTS
The BiPP Network is dedicated to advancing the representation and experiences of Black people psychiatry and psychology. Through our research projects and reports, we aim to bring attention to the unique challenges faced by Black individuals in these fields and work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable environment.
Our 2024 Impact Report
As a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting Black African, Black Caribbean, diaspora, and mixed-heritage mental health professionals; the impact of our ongoing mission to address the underrepresentation of these groups in mental health fields, advocate for racial equity and promote culturally diverse psychological models is summarised in our 2024 Impact Report.
Our vision for impact encompasses several key objectives: to increase access, share knowledge, build networks and community and create comfortable environments for Black mental health professionals.
Designed to be both informative and actionable, the Impact Report offers a comprehensive analysis of our organisation’s activities and their outcomes since the inception of BiPP in 2019 to 2023. It provides valuable insight into our initiatives, highlighting both successes, challenges and lessons learned.
This report is a crucial resource for all stakeholders, partners and members of our community to understand the tangible and significant work of the BiPP Network.
